Their mission is to encourage individuals to move beyond their boundaries through recreational activities, outdoor education, creative arts, and interaction with horses in an integrated environment. Camp Red Cedar features traditional camp activities such as horseback riding, swimming, canoeing, arts and crafts, nature hikes, and singing around the campfire, all in an inclusive environment. They also offer year-around therapeutic and conventional horseback riding, as well as a one-time trail ride option. The entire camp is completely wheelchair accessible. In addition to summer camps, Camp Red Cedar provides recreational therapy, horseback riding lessons, respite care, and Equine-Assisted Learning programs. Their goal is to provide a life-changing experience for individuals of all abilities.
