Ramapo also provides staff assistant experience, school-age child care, and retreats for schools and community groups. The organization's unique approach, known as The Ramapo Approach, provides adults with strategies and techniques to support learning and success for all young people. With a strong commitment to inclusivity and community-building, Ramapo serves over 18,000 youth, young adults, caregivers, and educators each year.
