She uses a holistic-based approach to help her clients heal not only their minds but also their bodies and spirits. Camila works collaboratively with her clients to devise the best approach to each individual's healing journey. Some of the evidence-based approaches she uses include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy, Gottman Method Couple's Therapy, Family Systems, Imago, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory, among others. She is available to work with adolescents aged 12-17, adults aged 18+, couples, and families. Camila accepts various insurance plans, including Cigna, Evernorth, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, Tufts, United Medical Resources (UMR), UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH, and more.
