About
She specializes in trauma, depression, and anxiety, using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients heal past wounds and create a more balanced, authentic life. Caitlin's approach is deeply compassionate and relational, drawing from her Cherokee Nation heritage and training in IFS. She works with clients to uncover the core source of their struggles, gently exploring the parts of themselves that are hurting, protecting, or just trying to keep up. By reconnecting with their inner wisdom, clients can move forward with more clarity and ease. Caitlin's goal is to help her clients feel seen, grounded, and empowered, unlocking their inner potential and creating lasting change from within. She offers in-person IFS therapy in Tulsa and online therapy across Oklahoma, making her services accessible to those in need.
