We don’t allow “behavior techs” (RBTs) with minimal training and education requirements to work with our families or join our staff. All of our practitioners hold a minimum Master’s degree, have extensive post-graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis, and have been awarded the BCBA credential by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
