About
Brooke is a client-centered therapist who believes healing occurs through connection, compassion, and humor. She tailors each session to fit the unique needs of her clients, drawing from their strengths to guide the therapeutic journey. Brooke has experience working with adolescents, young adults, parents, and families across various settings, with a special focus on youth and families impacted by the criminal justice system. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including ART, CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS, to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, grief and loss, family conflict, and self-worth challenges. Brooke completed her education at Utah State University, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Social Work and Child Development and a Master of Social Work degree. When not in session, Brooke enjoys camping, perusing TJ Maxx, and reading. Course Counseling serves individuals seeking healing and growth in a supportive environment.
