As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, I use Brené Brown’s work on shame, vulnerability, & courage, which can help you resolve the ROOT of the problem. Using EMDR and PIT, counseling becomes a CURE, RATHER THAN A BANDAID, thus preventing future pain & chaos.
