About
Loucks Counseling, led by licensed professional counselor Brittany Loucks, offers counseling services for Christians, new mothers, and those facing anxiety, depression, & other mental health concerns. Brittany, a counselor in Lenexa, Kansas, meets with clients in person at her office in Lenexa (as a part of re:Vive) or online anywhere within the state of Kansas. She specializes in counseling mothers who are experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, or experienced birth trauma, and those who just need some therapeutic support during this season of life. Brittany also works with teens starting at age 12 who may be battling depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidality, self-esteem difficulties, or are just struggling. She provides a safe space to hold her clients' stories, allowing them to share the parts that feel too much for someone else to hold. As they process their stories, Brittany provides tools that help her clients make meaning out of their stories and regulate the symptoms that might be disrupting their everyday life. She believes that counseling will never fix her clients' problems, but by allowing someone to hold parts of their story and help them navigate their individual difficulties, they can find rest, grow, and move towards wholeness out of their brokenness.
