Inclusive Minded Counseling & Consulting, LLC is a multicultural and multilingual trauma therapy practice in Utah, providing quality and trauma-informed therapy services in Spanish and English. They strive to create a compassionate and culturally responsive space where healing feels safe, accessible, and inclusive for everyone. Their team of therapists helps individuals, couples, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, or life transitions from a place of compassion and respect for their story. They offer in-person and telehealth appointments, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds, including Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQ+ communities, and Spanish speaking persons. With flexible scheduling and a focus on accessibility, Inclusive Minded Counseling & Consulting, LLC aims to reduce barriers to mental health care and promote equity and belonging in their communities.
