Brie's approach is centered on gentle, collaborative, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, grounded in a feminist-multicultural lens. She draws from somatic and attachment-based approaches, and is currently training in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a relational and trauma-informed model. Brie's goal is to help clients cultivate deeper self-understanding, leading to greater self-worth and more fulfilling relationships. With a focus on creating a connective space, Brie works with clients to rebuild self-trust, reconnect with themselves, and heal their relationship with others. She acknowledges the challenges of seeking therapy and strives to create a non-judgmental and compassionate environment, moving at a pace that honors each client's unique story.
