Licensed therapist Bridget Carranza, LMFT, IMH-E, provides a warm, safe, and supportive environment to work through life's challenges. With a focus on strength-based theories, including Solution Focused, Narrative therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, Bridget helps clients establish goals and provides resources to empower them in achieving those goals. The practice uses a Trauma Responsive lens and offers services for adults, as well as parents of young children ages 0-5 who have experienced trauma. Bridget is rostered for Child Parent Psychotherapy and is an active member of the Hawaii Chapter of the Infant Mental Health Association. She is also a Certified ABC coach and an Infant Massage Instructor. With a background in psychology, Bridget is dedicated to helping clients find their way through life's muddy waters and bloom into a beautiful flower.
