With over 15 years of experience in mind-body practices such as yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and embodied movement, Brian combines cognitive-behavioral therapy to bring each person's mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual energies back into balance. He serves individuals, couples, and families in Charlotte, NC, and has a unique approach that honors the whole being. Brian's journey began with his own struggles with anxiety and panic attacks, which led him to explore mindfulness and yoga. He has since completed extensive training and certifications in various modalities, including yoga teacher training, breathwork, sound healing, and somatic movement. Brian's approach is centered around embodied presence, which requires turning inward and being present with one's emotions and physical sensations. He believes that movement is the medicine that can heal us from pain and is passionate about life-long learning. Brian is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and has completed various trainings and certifications in couples therapy, mindfulness, and child development.
