Utah Family Therapy offers a 12-16 Week Connective Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in American Fork, Utah, for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or pornography addiction. This program meets 4 days a week, providing a safe and supportive environment for participants to connect with peers and therapists. The IOP is designed for teens ages 13-17 and young adults from 18 to 27 years old.
