Bobbie B Fairfax School is an agency of Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services, a government social services agency established by state law. Our mission is to support more than 7,600 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout their lives, from infants to seniors, by providing case management, monitoring services, and funding services provided by our community partners. We strive to ensure each person we serve is treated as a unique individual and is connected to services to reflect the life they want. Our team collaborates with more than 1,000 certified providers to support people in living lives that are meaningful and important to them. Guided by our vision to move towards community integration in all our actions, we also build the capacity of local organizations to meet the needs of people with disabilities. Currently, the agency is overseen by a seven-member Board of Directors, led by Superintendent Leia Snyder since January 2021.
