Birth to Three (LTVEC) Childcare Program is an early intervention program that provides comprehensive services to infants and toddlers and their families in East Tennessee. Recognized nationally, our program is funded by both the Tennessee Department of Education and local communities. Investing in early intervention can help save up to $14 for every $1 spent in future costs related to education, social services, and judicial services. We are dedicated to bettering the lives of children and their families, and we strive to make a positive impact in our local community.
