Founder and Lead Clinician Bibhiam Cabral specializes in working with women of color and first-generation individuals navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, and the unique challenges of being first-generation. Bibhiam's approach centers collaboration, cultural awareness, and meaningful progress to help individuals and professionals thrive in every stage of their journey. She offers psychotherapy, immigration evaluations, and clinical supervision, and is committed to supporting her clients in navigating life beyond the sessions with clarity and confidence. Bibhiam is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Texas, and a Board Certified Clinical Supervisor in Virginia. She holds a Master of Social Work from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Barry University, and has received training in Gottman Level 1 Perinatal Mental Health Education & Training. Bibhiam's services are available in English and Spanish, and she is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space for her clients to explore their challenges and grow.
