Bethany specializes in working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues. She takes a multicultural, holistic, and integrated approach to therapy, considering the health and wellbeing of the whole person, mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially. This approach includes Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, which can be a unique and effective way to address various issues. Bethany's goal is to empower her clients to determine the direction and pace of therapy, supporting them in understanding their needs, identifying their strengths, and developing new skills and perspectives. She welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds and populations, including minority populations, military personnel, and those who have experienced grief. Acceptance Counseling is committed to helping individuals find balance and fulfillment in their lives.
