Bethany N Donovan, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP), is dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for her clients. With a passion for helping teens and adults, Bethany uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and somatic interventions, to address issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and attachment disorders. As a fellow trauma survivor, Bethany understands the importance of trust and connection in the therapeutic relationship, and she strives to create a space where her clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to heal. With a background in psychology and counseling, Bethany is committed to serving the military community, first responders, and their families, and she is also licensed to practice in Washington state. At Lucid Living Counseling, Bethany offers a range of services, including initial intake evaluations, couples therapy, and extended sessions, and she is available for free 15-minute consultations to discuss how she can support her clients' unique needs and goals.
Insurance & payment
Lucid Living Counseling accepts Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Optum, and Sentara Health Plans. They are also a certified non-network provider with Tricare. However, they are not currently accepting new Tricare patients due to reimbursement rate and timeliness issues.

Standard Therapy Session
A standard 55-minute therapy session that provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to process their emotions and work through challenges.
