Bethany is a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and has received training in Yale LGBT-CBT, providing affirming support for the community. She is also a HAES-aligned advocate for body positivity and acceptance of humans of all sizes, shapes, gender expressions, ability levels, and backgrounds. The practice serves individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a focus on addressing chronic illness, eating disorders, vocational transitions, and exploration. Stargazer Counseling is located in Apex, NC, and offers individual Teletherapy sessions. Bethany has a strong commitment to providing a collaborative, client-led approach to therapy, recognizing the importance of building a strong support system and empowering individuals to reach their goals.
Insurance & payment
Stargazer Counseling is in-network with Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna and Evernorth. They also accept out-of-network clients.
