At Beth Reel, we are proud to offer Certified Professional Coaching (CPC), Kripalu Level 1 Mindful Outdoor Guiding, Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Certified Guiding, and long-term practice of yoga, meditation, mindful eating, and mindful living. Our team is led by Beth Reel, who holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Saint Joseph and has undergone professional training at the University of California, San Diego Center for Mindfulness and the Womens Academy of Irish Shamanism and Spirituality. Additionally, Beth holds certificates in Energy Therapy, Medicinal Aromatherapy, and Reiki and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Mindful Eating-Conscious Living™ (ME-CL) Level 1 Training.
