Beth partners with her clients to help them reconnect with their unique personal value and purpose, using a mixture of CBT, Solution Focused, and other therapy models. She focuses on low self-worth, self-doubt, anxiety, lack of fulfillment, marriage and relationship issues, depression, and spiritual struggles. Beth believes her deep faith and Midwest roots help her connect with her clients in a compassionate way. She is excited to assist her clients in deep cleansing work of the mind, heart, and soul, and help them rediscover the happiest, most successful version of themselves. Beth received her Professional Counseling degree from Grand Canyon University and is dedicated to inspiring growth and resilience in her clients.
