Founded in 2016, the practice began as a small entity but quickly grew into a movement rooted in equity, excellence, and dignity. In 2024, they united with Bay ABA to create a more comprehensive service model. Behavior Genius aims to build a neuro-inclusive social-emotional learning center where children, families, and communities can thrive together. They believe in care that celebrates culture, therapy that centers dignity, and leadership that listens. Their services are centered around community-centered care, moving beyond traditional family- and child-centered care. The practice is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and they strive to create a collective demonstration of these values in their workspaces and service delivery models.
