The William M. BeDell Achievement and Resource Center (arc) has provided the highest quality of service to children and adults who have a developmental disability, who reside in Madison County Illinois. They deliver excellence to their community with access to the highest quality staff and training, empowering the individuals they serve. In addition to advocating for their clients, ARC works with local and state government to be responsive to legislation concerning their population.
