The agency's mission is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to attain their fullest possible employment productivity and inclusion into the everyday life of the community. Bay-CSS offers a range of services, including residential programs, personal support, supported employment, and community development services. Their services are specially tailored to support varying levels of intellectual abilities and physical mobility. With a commitment to independence, employment productivity, and meaningful community participation, Bay-CSS has been providing licensed residential, supported employment, and in-home supports to people with disabilities in Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's, and Anne Arundel counties since 1987.

Residential Program
Bay-CSS provides support and training to increase participation in activities of daily living and to promote independence.
Personal Support
The Personal Support Program includes Individual Support Services and Personal Supports.
Supported Employment
Bay-CSS' Supported Employment Program offers individualized skill assessment, case management, job development and placement, transportation, job coaching, as well as other supports a person might need to maintain employment.
Community Development Services (CDS)
Participants engage in meaningful community activities, such as volunteering, museum visits, travel, recreation, or local events, guided by their own goals, strengths, and interests.
