About
By acknowledging the value of emotions as messengers, Bailey creates a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and accept their feelings. Drawing from CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatics, Bailey's approach is inclusive of Queer/LGBTQ experiences, trauma, relationships, major life changes, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and grief. As a HAES provider, Bailey acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression on marginalized and neurodivergent individuals. With a focus on vulnerability, growth, and self-discovery, Bailey helps clients uncover and understand their stories, identify areas for positive change, and explore their inner world without shame or blame.
