They provide a neutral safe space, listening to concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to address various mental health concerns, including relationship skills, ADHD & school concerns, depression & anxiety, and trauma & PTSD. With flexible hours available by appointment, they prioritize their clients' well-being and work with them to create an individualized financial plan if they are not paneled with their insurance carrier.
Insurance & payment
Empowering You Counseling accepts Aetna, First Choice Health | FCH, Kaiser (Out-of-Network), Premera Blue Cross, Regence, and Out of Network insurance plans. If not paneled with your insurance carrier, they will work with you on an individualized financial plan.
