Avita Community Partners is a resource for individuals and families in northeast Georgia experiencing the disabling effects of mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. They provide support to families in need and offer a variety of services for children, adolescents, and adults facing mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. Their competent, committed, and compassionate staff believes individuals served should be treated with dignity and respect, educated about disabilities, rights, and options, and have access and opportunity to participate in the community and be served by that community. Avita Community Partners serves the communities of Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Franklin, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union, and White in northeast Georgia.
