At Avita Community Partners, we are dedicated to helping individuals and families within a 13-county area of northeast Georgia affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. Our goal is to create safe, stable, and meaningful lives for citizens by providing support and comprehensive services that minimize barriers and help them achieve their dreams. We envision a community that is responsible and supportive of individuals and families in crisis, offering people the opportunity to participate in relationships, have meaningful interaction in the community, and have access to a home, job, and natural support systems. Our mission is to serve as valued partners and share our knowledge and expertise to make this vision a reality.
