Avita Community Partners is a resource for individuals and families in northeast Georgia experiencing the disabling effects of mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. They provide support and comprehensive services to individuals and families in crisis. Their competent, committed, and compassionate staff believes individuals served should be treated with dignity and respect, educated about disabilities, rights, and options, and have access and opportunity to participate in the community and be served by that community. Avita Community Partners offers a variety of services, including mental health programs, addictive disease support, and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They also have a Behavioral Health Crisis Center and provide suicide prevention services. Avita Community Partners serves children, adolescents, and adults in the northeast Georgia area, including Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Franklin, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union, and White counties.
