She has experience working with adults with complex or co-occurring intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or other mental health diagnoses. Autumn specializes in working with clients navigating low effort or toxic family systems, chronic pain, grief, difficulties communicating or using boundaries, low self-worth, and trauma/PTSD/C-PTSD. She is dedicated to a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to counseling, providing a safe space for individuals to explore all topics with curiosity and not judgment. Autumn sees clients virtually most of the time, in person by request one day per week.
