Austin Resource Center for Independent Living (ARCIL) is a consumer-driven, not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to helping people with disabilities achieve maximum independence and equal access to their community. We provide services such as referral information, peer counseling, independent living skills training, and advocacy. We also have transition services from school to adult life, transportation training, employment assistance, community education through ADA technical assistance, and disability awareness training.ARCIL works to empower people with disabilities and improve attitudes, resources, and opportunities for community integration.
