He specializes in helping clients navigate the complexities of their internal landscape, particularly those who feel disconnected, adrift, or depressed. Lind uses psychodynamic therapy, AEDP, trauma, and ISTDP to guide clients in exploring their unconscious patterns, internal tensions, and defense mechanisms. His approach aims for powerful and lasting transformation, cultivating a deeper sense of personal meaning and autonomy. Lind holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of St. Thomas, completed in 2025. He is supervised by Joel Grostephan, LICSW, at Firelight Psychotherapy.
