About
This passion stems from her childhood experience learning to ride horses at age 10, where she discovered the therapeutic value of forming relationships with horses. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Granite State College and a Master's degree in Counseling from Springfield College, Aubrey has worked as a behavior interventionist and therapist in various settings. She specializes in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and offers equine-related modalities at her farm in Topsham, VT. During the winter months or for those who prefer a more traditional setting, Aubrey provides therapy sessions in a heated office on the farm. Aubrey's unique approach combines her love of horses and counseling to create a supportive environment for people of all ages.
