Aubrey's approach is strengths-based, person-centered, integrative, and holistic, incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as appropriate. She also offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for healing trauma. Aubrey's intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where clients can release limiting beliefs and begin to live as their authentic selves. Her 3-Phase Model, rooted in trauma healing, emphasizes building safety and stability, exploring resilience, and rising to empowerment. With over 25 years of living in Flagstaff, Aubrey considers this mountain town her home and is passionate about supporting her community. She looks forward to meeting clients and walking alongside them on their journey.
