Aspire Club House, a National Health Service Corps site, is a public, non-profit community service board providing mental health, addictive disease, and developmental disability services to citizens of Dougherty, Baker, Calhoun, Early, Lee, Miller, Terrell, and Worth Counties in Southwest Georgia. They offer a range of services, including adult behavioral health, youth and young adult services, and developmental disabilities services. Aspire's mission is to provide the opportunity and support individuals need to take the first step in making changes to improve behavioral health and/or developmental disability challenges. Their services are designed to be person-centered and integrated, with a focus on recovery and hope. Aspire is committed to serving all patients, regardless of their background or ability to pay, and accepts insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Adult Behavioral Health
Provides a range of services, including adult outpatient services, individual and group counseling/therapy, medical services, accountability court, crisis intervention/crisis stabilization, intensive community-based services, and peer support.
Youth and Young Adult Services
Offers outpatient behavioral health services, Aspire Clubhouse, APEX school-based services, EMERGE, Evolve, First Episode Psychosis, IMPACT (Intensive Customized Care Coordination Program), and other services.
Developmental Disabilities Services
Provides pre-vocational services, supported employment, community residential alternatives, community access, community living skills, family support, residential services, and other services.
Addictive Disease Services
Offers intensive outpatient services, accountability court, and other services.
