Aspira Family Focused Support Network (FFSN) is a practical support program designed to assist families with children who have developmental disabilities and/or special health care needs. FFSN is a voluntary program referred to by a state-funded Developmental Regional Center case manager. An individualized program tailored to each family is developed and implemented by a social worker and clinical staff members. This program includes training, family meetings, and home visits to improve parenting skills and enhance the quality of life for the child and all family members. Founded in 1995, FFSN has helped more than 100 families, giving them the tools needed to keep their children with disabilities living at home. Aspira’s FFSN is dedicated to providing families with the support they need to be successful.
