Aspira Family Focused Support Network (FFSN) is a voluntary support program designed to assist families with children who have developmental disabilities and/or special health care needs. Through our program, families are able to keep their children with disabilities living at home instead of in group care. We provide an individualized program tailored to each child and family, which includes training, family meetings, and home visits designed to improve parenting skills and enhance the quality of life for all family members. Founded in 1995, our program has enabled more than 100 families to successfully complete our program. Our FFSN program is referred to us by a state funded Developmental Regional Center case manager. Our clinical staff members conduct an initial assessment to evaluate what support the family needs to be successful and each family then signs a contract agreeing to fully participate. Aspira Family Focused Support Network is committed to helping families access the services they need to be successful.
