Aspira Family Focused Support Network | Fresno

Aspira Family Focused Support Network (FFSN) is a practical support program designed to assist families with children who have developmental disabilities and/or special health care needs. Our program is voluntary and families are referred to us by a state funded Developmental Regional Center case manager. We provide an initial assessment to evaluate what support the family needs to be successful and create an individualized program tailored to each child and family, which includes training, family meetings, and home visits. Founded in 1995, more than 100 families have completed our program and have been able to keep their children with disabilities living at home instead of in group care. Aspira FFSN helps families recognize and develop their own strengths, as well as access needed services available through other resources to enhance the quality of life for the child and all family members.
