I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate offering affirming, compassionate mental health services for adolescents and adults. I believe therapy can benefit everyone, whether you are working through something from the past, navigating current challenges, or preparing yourself for the future. Healing begins with connection and self-awareness, and together we can work toward greater balance and well-being. Using the six dimensions of wellness model, I support clients in strengthening their emotional, mental, and physical health. My approach focuses on helping you recognize trauma triggers, develop healthy coping strategies, improve decision-making, and build strong, supportive relationships. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, supported, and free to be your authentic self without judgment.
