About
In the initial sessions, Ashley takes the time to get to know her clients, understanding their reasons for seeking therapy and ensuring they feel comfortable with the process. With extensive training in DBT, Ashley supports teens and young adults in developing healthy skills to adapt to life's challenges. She also specializes in behavior therapy and parent coaching, helping children, teens, and families address emotional, communication, and behavioral challenges at home, school, or in public. Ashley's approach focuses on providing support, understanding, and acceptance to those who feel lost or misunderstood.
