The practice provides individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults, with a focus on creating a calm, comfortable, and supportive environment for clients. Ashley has several years of experience working with adolescents and adults in various settings, including schools, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice settings. She specializes in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, work difficulties, and parenting. Ashley takes an ecological perspective, looking at the individual in their environment, and incorporates various modalities, including Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to best serve her clients. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all sessions are currently virtual.
