Her mission is to help clients recover from depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and low self-esteem, and to provide them with the tools and support needed to navigate life's challenges. Ashlee's approach is centered around creating a non-judgmental and empathetic environment, where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. She offers various types of therapy, including accelerated resolution therapy (ART), to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
