The Arc of Riverside County has been committed to advocacy, justice, and improving the quality of life for people with IDD in partnership with their families and other members of their support team since 1953. Their mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to achieve their life goals by providing support that leads to greater independence, choice, and full participation and inclusion in the community. They envision a diverse and equitable community in which all individuals with developmental disabilities are included, respected, and thriving. The Arc of Riverside County offers various programs, including Adult Day Programs, Community Integration, Discovery & Employment Support, and Children's Programs, to promote independence, creativity, and meaningful community inclusion throughout Riverside County.
