Our mission is to support people with developmental disabilities and recognize their strengths, abilities, and inherent value. We strive to ensure they have the same respect, dignity, safety, and security as other members of society, and are equal under the law. Developmental disabilities can be cognitive, physical, or both, and begin before adulthood, often resulting in long-term effects that affect essential life activities.
