Founded by parents and friends of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Arc GLOW is a chapter of The Arc New York. They offer a comprehensive set of programs, from birth through end-of-life, including Adult Clinical Services, Business Services, Camp Rainbow, Community Services, Day Habilitation Services, KidStart, Respite / Recreation Services, Residential Services, Supported Employment, Self Direction Services, Transportation, and Vocational Services. Arc GLOW has multiple locations in Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties, with main offices in Mount Morris and Batavia, NY. Their services support over 2,000 community members each year, making them one of the area's largest employers with over 1,100 employees.
