Apple Blossom Occupational Therapy Services

Apple Blossom Occupational Therapy Services is a small team of dedicated licensed occupational therapists providing occupational therapy services to private pay clients in sensory gym and DOE funded clients in school settings. They cater to children of all ages, from newborns to school-goers, and aim to improve the lives of children and individuals with disabilities through proven therapy methods. The practice offers comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations for children ages 4 months to 10 years, combining skilled clinical observation, standardized assessment tools, and caregiver input to develop a complete and meaningful profile of each child's developmental, sensory, and motor skills. They also provide Occupational Therapy services to children at school and home as mandated on IEP, and offer school consultations to facilitate learning in school. Additionally, they offer a Lego social group for children aged 4-7 years old, focusing on developing fine motor skills, visual perceptual skills, and play and regulation. The team is led by Vaishali Khandare, the founder and owner of Apple Blossom OT, who has extensive experience working with children in a variety of school settings throughout NYC.
