Dr. McCrovitz is the Executive Director of the Quality of Life Institute, where he pioneered the Quality-of-Life Model, a framework that enhances therapeutic services for underserved populations by integrating relationship-based interventions, neuroscience, and sensory environments. His approach is deeply rooted in Gentle Teaching, a philosophy that prioritizes unconditional acceptance, companionship, and creating meaningful connections to support emotional and social well-being. Dr. McCrovitz's work spans clinical practice, research, education, and consultation, bridging theory and practice through innovative training programs, publications, and international speaking engagements. He has presented at Gentle Teaching International, the American Psychological Association, and the International Snoezelen Association, among other global conferences, sharing his expertise on neuroscience-based interventions, social-emotional learning, and multi-sensory environments. Dr. McCrovitz holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Walden University, a respecialization in Clinical Psychology from Adler Professional School of Psychology, and master's degrees in Business Administration and Pastoral Counseling.
