With nearly 10 years of experience in social services and a background in trauma-informed therapy, Andrea specializes in helping individuals navigate life transitions, particularly women aged 14 and older. She utilizes an eclectic approach, incorporating modalities such as Integrated Somatic Regulation and Brainspotting Phase 1 and 2 to support clients in healing from trauma and feeling safe in their bodies. Andrea's practice focuses on empowering individuals to discover and embrace their inherent dignity and worth, addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, and boundary setting. By offering teletherapy services, Andrea provides a convenient and comfortable space for clients to work through their challenges from the comfort of their own homes.
