Her expertise lies in family relationships and post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms. Andrea has developed training programs, including the FSW training program and an internship program at Family Services of Westchester, and has taught family therapy at Fordham University. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Systems Therapy (TST). By incorporating her cultural background and expertise in a holistic approach, Andrea aims to decrease emotional dysregulation and stress-related issues through her unique techniques, such as flamenco psychotherapy, a dance movement therapeutic approach.
