About
Vida Collective Counseling is a compassionate therapy practice in Little Rock, AR, offering bilingual, trauma-informed counseling to support women in healing and rediscovering their strength. Their team approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing happens best in community, not isolation. Each session is an invitation to pause, breathe, and make sense of what the body and heart have been trying to say. They help clients notice patterns that once kept them safe but now keep them stuck, guiding them toward a steadier way of living, one grounded in peace, presence, and self-trust. The goal isn't to become someone new, but to remember the woman they've always been underneath survival mode, strong, soft, and finally at home in herself. Their services include individual therapy, immigration evaluations, and trauma therapy, using approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, CPT, and ART. They support clients in moving out of survival mode through trauma-informed, relational therapy that prioritizes nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and feeling truly seen.
