Her approach is eclectic, incorporating trauma-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and attachment-based methods. Amy specializes in anxiety and stress management, depression and mood disorders, relationship and communication skills, self-exploration and personal growth, and life transitions. She is also experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Amy's office is welcoming, and her therapy dog, Gus, is often present to provide comfort and support.
